Goodwerp is a web-based project-management tool developed by boldUnderline[1] and launched in 2013.[2]

Goodwerp's name is derived from the combination of the word "good" and the acronym "werp", or web-based enterprise resource planning. The product which officially launched out of beta in August 2013.[2]
The core ideas of Goodwerp started back in 2009, and were later developed in 2013.[1] The original concept was to combine several aspects and features from existing apps such as Basecamp (software), FreshBooks (invoicing), and Pulse (interbank network) into one centralized application.[1]
Product[edit]
Goodwerp is a collaborative task management application. The product has many features, including Invoices, Projects, Personal Projects, Files, Tasks, Tags, Notes, Milestones, Comments, Chat[3] and an Notifications system that organizes and updates information in real-time.[4] The product is designed to enable individuals and teams to plan and manage their business, projects and tasks. Each company can set up Projects with limits depending on its account.[5]
Goodwerp is broken up into specific modules. The product has three main modules: Finance, Projects and Deals. Each module contains additional controls and features inside. Projects contains many features, including Tasks, Milestones, Notes, Files and a Team page.[4] The Finance module offers an area for customers and clients alike to view Invoices, Payments, and Estimates within the business. The Deals module is a separate area used to calculate and manage ongoing contracts with potential or existing clients. Deals includes the following features: Tasks, Milestones, Notes, Files and a Team page.[4]
The software supports permission levels that allow account holders the flexibility to assign projects only to crew members that need to be aware of specific tasks. A manager can assign a new member as management, crew, client or consultant. Each category has its own limitations and powers associated with it.[6]

Goodwerp has been reviewed by several software review portals such as Digjitale,[7] AisleOne,[8] and Productivityist.[9] Goodwerp was also featured on the top 10 Best New Products of the Week (January 6, 2014) on Product Hunt.[10] Goodwerp was invited and attended the LAUNCHub 2014 conference in Sofia, Bulgaria for The Long Weekend where LAUNCHub along with investors and business angels met with 25 startups from the region.[11] The founder of Goodwerp, Valon Sopi, was featured on Kosovo Diaspora[12] and Digjitale.[13] The Goodwerp team was featured on Vienna's Inventures.[14]
