Goose is an American jam band from Norwalk, CT consisting of Rick Mitarotonda, Peter Anspech, Trevor Bass, and Ben Atkind..[1]

History[edit]

Goose released their first album Moon Cabin in 2016,[2] which they recorded in New Hampshire in a cabin near a frozen lake.[3] Their music has been described as "funk-folk",[4][5][6] and they toured primarily in New England before 2019. They become well known in the area especially for their "Goosemas" show which they have hosted annually in late December.[7][8] During 2019, they toured with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and performed at The Peach Music Festival and Resonance Music Festival.[9] In late 2019, they released their first music since 2016 including the singles All I Need and Time To Flee In 2020, it was announced they will continue to tour with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong[10], and will be playing High Sierra Music Festival[11][12]
