Gordon Bayard McComb (February 21, 1917 – June 14, 2007)[1] was an American basketball and football player.[2] He attended the University of Chattanooga where he played both basketball and football.[3] During the 1939–1940 season, he played professionally in the National Basketball League for the Hammond Ciesar All-Americans. He was released by the club in December 1939[4] after appearing in two games where he averaged 1.5 points per game.[2][5]
