Grace Ofure Ibhakomu is a Nigerian economist, business woman, real-estate investor, and philanthropist professionally known as Grace Ofure. She chairs Lifecard International Investment Limited, the proprietor of the online school, Lifecard University, and the founder of a charity organization, the Grace Ofure Foundation. [1]

Childhood and Education[edit]

She was born as Grace Ofure on on the 28th April 1978 in Ekpoma, Edo, Nigeria, [2] She attended University Primary School and University Secondary School in Ekpoma for her primary and secondary education, and studied Business Administration at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University) in Ekpoma obtaining a Bachelors of Arts. She afterwards studied and received a degree in the Owner's Management Programme (OMP24) at the Lagos Business School.[citation needed]

In 2003, just after her graduation, Grace showed a keen interest in business and took a leap further in selling second-hand clothes "Okrika", starting her early business career, just as she declared her interest to become a business mogul who will influence people positively with her business ideas. Having expressed her interest, friends set about providing the enabling networks for her to showcase her business ideas and offers for public use. She was mentored and tutored by her old classmate and continued her business in real estate investment. In 2019, Grace finally gained expertise and audience in the finance industry and eventually she launched the Lifecard Company.[3] [4]

Lifecard Company[edit]

Following the launch of her Company, a family-owned investment company, Lifecard in 2019 and her philanthropic works through the Grace Ofure Foundation, an African-based foundation, [5] Grace headed the company as the Chief Executive Officer from a single handled company to a multi-millionaire business with subsidiaries in 8 states, and some African countries. She currently chairs the Lifecard Investsment Company. [6] [7]

The Grace Ofure Foundation[edit]

In December 2020, Ofure, the Managing Director of Lifecard International Investment, created the "Nigerian for Nigeria Initiative Awards" to support aspiring citizens. To help manage this philanthropic effort, she founded the Grace Ofure Foundation.[8] [9] [10] [11]
