Dr Graham Edward Cooley FIMMM FEI (Born March 24, 1964) is a British businessman and entrepreneur who has raised over £500m for British technology companies[1][2][3][4] . He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power Plc.

Early life[edit]

Cooley was born in Slough, UK. His father, Mike Cooley, was an engineer, writer, trade union leader and activist[5].

Professional Career[edit]

From 1989 until 2000, Cooley worked within the power industry, before moving into the tech sector, where he held a number of senior roles.

In 2009, Cooley was appointed[6] CEO at ITM Power Plc, a UK-based manufacturer of electrolysers that produce green hydrogen.

Recognition[edit]

Cooley is a member of UKH2Mobility, an industrial consortium focused on hydrogen mobility, the UK Government’s Hydrogen Advisory Council[7], and RenewableUK[8] and its ESG Steering Committee.
