The Gram Panchayat Building, Sattari located at Sattari in the English Bazar tehsil of Maldah district in West Bengal, India[1].This building is the administrative headquarter of the Binodpur Gram Panchayat.

The building was constructed by Government of West Bengal since 1975 under Panchayati raj (India).This building is administrated by English Bazar Block.It is a meeting place and a work place for village peoples.[2]
