It was founded by Asish Dash in 2018 in Mumbai with the aim of disrupting consulting in India - particularly in BFSI, logistics and hospitality sector.

Grazing Minds was founded in October 2018 by serial techpreneur Asish Dash and Senior PSU banker Rabindranath Das as a consulting company. In 2018, over 800 Consultants joined their team to be deployed at client locations for training, consulting and brand management services.
In 2019, Grazing Minds started catering to software consulting business by forging deep partnerships with the tech titans of the industry across Europe, Africa and S.E.Asia.
It was in 2019, that Grazing Minds ventured into government business of work by participating with various government and multi lateral agencies.
Looking at the growing demand for business consultants and the lack of professionals with proper skills, in 2020 Grazing Minds started their E-learning and edtech platform for young professionals to groom them to the needs of the evolving world.
