INTRODUCTION[edit]

Great Oriental Travel was founded by two South Asian businessmen Dr. Samsul Alam and Mr. H. K. Kabir. Dr. Samsul Alam is an Indian-Russian entrepreneur, who lives in Russia more than 20 years, but was born in India, and has special connection with both countries. Dr.Samsul Alam is founder and CEO of Great Oriental travel.

HISTORY[edit]

In 2017, right after The St.Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), there was the opening ceremony of the Great Oriental Travel Company. In the beginning Great Oriental travel work with only VIP guest. After 2017, Great Oriental Travel started to work with all kinds of Clients. Our head office is located in St.Petersburg, Russia. Our 2nd main office in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will then be taken to your hotel. Later proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggles brought alive. The enacting of freedom fighters and their struggle for India's Independence is enacted during this trip. Post completion of this trip; we drop you back to your hotel. You also get a trip to visit Cellular Jail at Port Blair where you explore various cells of the Jail. In addition, you get to visit the cell of Veer Savarkar (A famous political prisoner before India's Independence) upon whom the Port Blair airport is named after.

Today, we depart to Andaman Island most amazing destination, Havelock Island. This destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair Jetty to Havelock Island Jetty in a Cruise. Upon reaching Havelock, our representative attends you and will drop you at your Hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. We at Great Oriental Travels only share beach side resorts for exquisite experiences. Later we began our journey to one among Asia's best beaches, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Visit Kalapathar beach in the morning. Spend the remaining day at leisure. How, about relaxing in the lap of nature? Today, you can relax and spend the day enjoying white sand beaches. Additional activities such as Scuba Diving and Sea Walk can be done on this day.

Check out from the hotel in Havelock Island and board a premium cruise to Neil Island, upon reaching Neil our representative will take you to your resort to check-in. Later we visit Bharatpur beach and Laxmanpur Beach. Laxmanpur beach is known for its amazing sunset. Post-trip we drop you back at your hotel in Neil for an overnight stay.

We board a cruise back to Port Blair from Neil Island. Upon reaching Port Blair, our representative attends you and takes you to your hotel for check-in. Rest and relaxes at the hotel, and later in the evening a shopping tour to purchase gifts for friends and family will take place. We take you to some of the best shopping points in Andaman.

Let's get back in time to visit the first Administrative settlement of the Britishers in the Andaman Islands, Ross Island. Earlier, said as the Paris of the past. This island today has ruins of all the luxury the Britishers had during that time. Visit this amazing destination and move forward on a boat to visit the Coral Island of Port Blair, North Bay Island. Infringe with rich marine life this island is the other most visited destination in Andaman. Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Snorkelling and Glass boat ride can be done in North Bay Island. North Bay Island is possibly the best place to do water activities in Andaman. Activities that are not available in Havelock Island are also available in North Bay Island.

Depart from Port Blair to Diglipur Island (325 KMS) by road through the dense tropical forest and Jarawa Tribal reserve. Often you might see a member of the Jarawas Tribe while passing through the tribal reserve. On your journey you will take the route of Andaman Grand Trunk road passing through Baratang Island, Rangat & Mayabunder. Reach Diglipur, and check into the hotel for overnight stay. During this trip also experience the lifeline of the Andaman Islands, Vehicle Ferry that carries vehicles from one island to the other.

This day we visit the heart of Diglipur, Ross and Smith Island. 2 Islands separated by a Sand bar is a treat to see and experience. Your journey begins from Arial Bay Jetty by boat. It takes around 30 minutes by boat to reach the twin Island. Virgin beaches on this island are a treat to experience. Spend your day enjoying the turquoise water and walk on the Sand bar that adjoins both Ross and Smith Island. We then return back from this trip and visit Aerial bay beach that is one among the turtle nesting grounds in Diglipur. Overnight Stay in Diglipur.

Today, we begin our journey to a Turtle nesting ground, Ramnagar Beach. This beach is consistently visited by Olive Ridgley’s turtles to hatch eggs. The support staffs in this destination help these turtles to protect the laid eggs and to help the young turtles take their first swim in the open waters. Get a chance to experience this during your trip to Ramnagar beach. Later return back from Diglipur to Baratang Island. Overnight stay in Baratang Island. Return back from Port Blair via Baratang Island and while returning explore the Limestone caves and Mud volcano at Baratang. Drop to the Airport. Return home with sweet memories of this exotic destination, the Andaman Islands.
