Green Russian
The Green Russian, also called the Green Gopnik or the Gopnik Iced Tea (from the stereotype "Gopnik"), is a hangover cure cocktail invented by the Estonian YouTuber Life of Boris in 2017 in the video "Top 7 Slav hangover cures". The cocktail contains vodka, pickling marinade, pickles, lemon juice, black caviar, and sauerkraut. It is usually inside an Absinthe glass. It's usually served straight up and paired With Zakuski or Salat Olivye, also some of Boris' hangover cures.
