Grenfell Regional Health Services Board was the governing body for healthcare regulation covering an area of the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The area included the communities of:

• St. Anthony
• Northern Newfoundland
• Southern Labrador

It has been merged with the Health Labrador Corporation to form Labrador-Grenfell Health.
