Gulam Mohammad Meer

Gulam Mohammad Meer is a politician from Handwara, Kashmir. After his retirement from the Horticulture Department, he joined the Peoples Democratic Party. He unsuccessfully contested the 2008 Assembly election from the constituency.[1]
Later, he joined Bhartiya Janata Party and became Vice President of the J & K BJP state unit. He contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from the Baramulla seat of Jammu and Kashmir.[2]
