Gunter's Space Page (GSP) is a reference website and encyclopedia on spaceflight activities like launch vehicles and satellites. It is written and maintained by Gunter Krebs, a Germany-based physicist and programmer.[1] It is updated as Krebs's schedule permits, but mostly daily. Originally the website was hosted on a University of Frankfurt account[2], but was moved in early 2002 to a dedicated domain.[3]
Gunter's Space Page is considered to be an essential reference work among aerospace engineers, researchers, and journalists.[1]
Gunter's Space Page features:
- A chronological catalog of all orbital launches
- Comprehensive descriptions of all launched satellites and planned payloads
- Comprehensive listings of all orbital and most suborbital rocket launches
- A chronological catalog of interplanetary space launches
- A chronological catalog of nuclear-powered payloads
- Chronological catalogs of human spaceflight activities
