Guzo Films is an Ethiopian film production company. It was founded by Semagngeta Aychiluhem in September 2018 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Guzo (an Amharic word for "journey") is the journey of young and creative storytellers. It focuses on producing contents that spark conversation among its audiences, altering people’s brains through stories[1]. It’s working towards becoming Ethiopia’s leading original TV Series, Film Production, and Content Creation Studio.
History[edit]
Since its establishment, it has produced several short films and a TV series called Brotherly Sisterly that went on for over 150 episodes. Guzo Films has also worked on several documentary and corporate videos and is currently in the post-production process of a limited TV series called Liya.
