Hélène Gosselin

Hélène Gosselin is a Canadian retired senior civil servant who is currently serving on the Transportation Safety Board of Canada. Prior to her current position, she was titled Deputy Minister of Labour and Associate Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, from her appointment on January 5, 2009 until her retirement in 2014. Additionally she worked in other government agencies including the Department of National Defence, the Privy Council Office, Canadian Heritage, Industry Canada, Health Canada and the Treasury Board Secretariat, and was most recently Deputy Head of Service Canada from September 2006 to January 2009.
