Hannah Pearl Davis is a content creator known for her opposition of the rights of women to vote and divorce[1]. She has been dubbed "the female Andrew Tate" online[2] for her misogynistic commentary.[1] Davis has shown support for the white nationalist Nick Fuentes and has hosted Andrew Tate on her podcast "The Pregame".[3]
Background[edit]
Davis was raised in Chicago, Illinois to software entrepreneurs Dan and Jennifer Davis and had 9 siblings[4]. Her father Dan started the company Davisware with his wife, and runs a mental health community, BExponential.[5]
She was interested in YouTube while in college and wanted to have a career in media. She also had a brief relationship with TikToker Oneya D'Amelio.[4]
Davis moved to London where she found success filming people on the street, asking them questions about dating. On 6 April 2020, she founded her YouTube channel, Pearl.
Controversy[edit]
In 2021, she posted a song titled "Why Can't We Talk About The Jews",[6][7] which was dedicated to Nick Fuentes. Her actions was later criticized by the presenter Piers Morgan.[8]
Davis was accused of underpaying her black cohosts by the British podcaster Sa Ra Garvey, and she described his statements as "defamatory". Garvey accused her of having a "colonialist" mindset, while Davis claimed that "he had an agenda against me for months". Davis also claimed that she couldn't offer Garvey a salary because her company was "expensive" and "cash poor".[9]
On July 27, 2023, Davis tweeted that "16 year old chicks are hotter than 26 year old chicks". She later deleted the tweet.[10]
