    H2Desk is a help desk software that supports an end user with information and solutions to issues. H2Desk offers a issue tracking system that is used to create, update, and resolve reported customer issues, or even issues reported by that organization's employees.[2]

    It provides a single point of contact for users to gain assistance in troubleshooting, get answers to questions, and solve known problems. Users can submit a trouble ticket or refer to the knowledge base for a solution. This system allows H2Desk to track and organize user requests with the help of a unique number, and can frequently classify problems by user, computer program, or similar categories.[3]
