Haji Imran Attari
Dawat-e-Islami[1], the great religious movement that has illuminated Islam throughout the globe, has brought a religious and welfare reform in society through the teachings of Quran and Sunnah.[2] The biggest reason for this non-political movement’s international acceptance is its sincere workforce, who are spreading the message of Islam to every corner of the world through acting upon the teachings of Quran and Sunnah, and carrying out religious and welfare activities in society. Among the best privileged individuals of this religious and welfare organization, one name is Maulana Muhammad Imran Attari [3].
Introduction of Haji Imran Attari[edit]
Maulana Imran Attari[4] is a famous speaker of Dawat-e-Islami. He was born on Wednesday, 8th July 1970, in Karachi. Maulana Muhammad Imran al-Attari has been the head of the Central Executive Body of Dawat-e-Islami for 18 years. He launched his vision and leadership under the guidance of the great sufi saint of our times, Ameer of Ahle Sunnat, Maulana Ilyas Qadri.
Journey to the knowledge of Islam[edit]
Haji Imran Attari spent days in the environment of Dawat-e-Islami and company of Ameer e Ahle Sunnat, the passion of Haji Imran is to propagate religion.[5] He considered the propagation of the religion is very necessary. Different departments were established by Dawat-e-Islami to introduce religious teachings all across the world, and they all provide religious services under the supervision of the Nigran e Shura.[6] In 2002, the founder of Dawat-e-Islami, the Ameer e Ahle Sunnat Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri handed over the control and leadership of the religious and welfare movement, Dawat-e-Islami, to Haji Imran Attari.
Educational activities[edit]
The head of the Central Executive Board of Dawat-e-Islami, Maulana Imran Attari, spends most of his time in reading. He reads the weekly booklets of the Ameer of Ahle Sunnat and books published by Islamic Research Centre a lot.[7] He writes articles in the monthly magazine named “Faizan-e-Madina."
