Council on Spiritual Practices
The Council on Spiritual Practices is a Berkeley, California based organization in which religious experts, spiritual guides and experts in the fields of behavioral and biomedical sciences collaborate for the purpose of making the experience of the sacred more widely available.
The Council on Spiritual Practices contributed funding to a Johns Hopkins 2006 study to assess the efficacy of psilocybin in assisting patients struggling with addiction and terminal cancer.[1]
