Hakeem Tariq (also known as Hazrat Hakeem Muhammad Tariq Mahmood Chughtai) (Urdu: حضرت حکیم محمد طارق محمود مجذوبی چغتائی; born 1st November 1967) is a Pakistani scholar in the field of spiritualism. He is the current spiritual mentor (also known as Sheikh) of Ubqari Institute in Lahore Pakistan.[1] Hakeem Tariq has written books on the subjects of Sufism and Spirituality and received the Khawaja Ghulam Fareed award in literature by the Pakistan Academy of Letters in 1999.[1][2]
Early Life
Hazrat Tariq was born on 1st of November 1967 in Ahmadpur Sharqiya in Bahwalpur, Pakistan. His father’s name was Hakeem Muhammad Ramzan Chughtai.[1]
Education
Hakeem Tariq started his education in Ahmadpur Sharqiya and received a Faculty of Sciences (FSc) degree from the Government Tayabba College in Bahawalpur.[1]

Awards
In 1999 he received the "Khawaja Ghulam Fareed" award in literature by the Pakistan Academy of Letters.[2][1]
