Halley Wallace (born 1988) is a beauty queen from Indiana. Wallace won the Miss Indiana Teen USA 2006 title. She went on to represent Indiana in the Miss Teen USA 2006 in Palm Springs, California, but did not place (even though she won the online vote).[citation needed] She then returned to Evansville, Indiana, and pursued degrees in philosophy and history from the University of Evansville, and graduated in December 2009.[citation needed]
