Hampton Hills is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Homes range from approximately 1,400 to 3,100 sq. ft. of interior living space. Access to the Hampton Hills neighborhood is from Pennington Road (Route 31) onto Crown Road, Sommers Road, Woodbury Road, Brighton Road or Hampton Road.
