Median age is ca. 1960. Median lot size is less than 1/5 of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. About 80 percent of the homes have full basements; about 25 percent have garages. Access to the Sherbrooke Manor neighborhood is from Parkside Avenue onto Spruce Street or Sherbrooke Road.
