Happy Beds Ltd, is a United Kingdom-based online mattresses and beds retailer and manufacturer.

Happy Beds was founded in 2010.[1] in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire by Rex Isap and operates from nearby Batley. It originally was on multiple online selling platforms such as Amazon and eBay before developing its own e-commerce website in 2012. In 2017, Happy Beds launched the Build Your Own Bed tool which offered up to 2 million possible combinations[2].
In April 2021 Happy Beds reported a +102% increase in revenue. This was thanks to investments in warehouse capacity, which increased +500%, and the development of a smart delivery matrix[3]
