Har Dam Tayyar (Urdu: ہردم تيار) is a TV documentary mini-series, comprising three documentaries about the armed forces of Pakistan.[1][2][3]
This documentary series is about the readiness and preparation of the Pakistan Armed Forces, during the escalation of hostilities in 2002. To show that the Armed forces are always ready to safeguard their country and to face any expected danger.[4][5]
These documentaries were broadcast on TV channels including PTV Network and PTV World in 2002. Har Dam Tayyar is an Avtek Media Group's production.
The making of Har Dam Tayyar
The making of Har Dam Tayyar was a 20 min TV programme, hosted by Jawad Ahmad. The interviews, shot in the studio, include writer S. Shamoon Hashmi, cameraman Zahid Mirza, associate director Iram Qureshi, director Kamran Qureshi and their clips of filming in the border areas, Sea and Air bases.[6][7][8][9]
Technical coordination was by Major Fawad and Major Atif Yaad Ali, from Inter-Services Public Relations. The English translation of the series was supervised by Juliet O'Reilly in New York.
