Harold Ernest Joseph Kahn (born August 22, 1956)[1][2] is an American judge for the Superior Court of San Francisco. He was appointed by California Governor Gray Davis on April 23, 2001,[1] replacing judge George T. Chopplelas, who had retired.[3]
He attended the University of Chicago law school.
Kahn has presided over the Pao vs. Kleiner Perkins sexual discrimination trial between 2012 and 2015.[4]
