Harris LaChance

Harris LaChance is an American football offensive tackle. He played college football at Brigham Young University and has played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Colts.

Early life and education

LaChance was born November 1996 in Seattle. He attended Herriman High School, where he was a standout athlete, excelling in football and other sports. He earned recognition as one of the top prospects in his region.

High School career

He played on both the offensive and defensive lines at Herriman High School. He was named all-region and all-state in 2014 and helped Herriman to region titles in 2013 and 2014. Along with football, he also lettered in Basketball and Rugby.

College career

Harris LaChance received a scholarship to play college football at Brigham Young University [1][2]. An offensive lineman from 2018-2022, He appeared in 45 games for the Cougars with 17 career starts. Starting 12 games in 2022, LaChance helped the BYU offense tie for 10th nationally in sacks allowed (13) and rank 36th in the country in yards per game (426.0).

Education

Graduated from Brigham Young University in 2022.

NFL Draft

Following his college career, LaChance declared for the 2023 NFL Draft. He was picked up by the Colts as an UDFA.[3]

Professional career

Using his degree from Brigham Young University, Harris LaChance has transitioned into a career in the healthcare industry as a Healthcare Administrator. He currently oversees the operations of skilled nursing facilities in California, where he is responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Harris married his wife, Grace, in 2020.
