Harshit Pandey is a young bodybuilder who started his journey in 2012 at the age of 20. His journey from Zonal Bodybuilding to Mr. India Bodybuilding was very painful.[clarification needed] His father is a clerk in a private school, and his mother is a homemaker.[citation needed] Bodybuilding was in his blood.
Professional career
Harshit started his professional career at the age of 22.
Achievements
- Awarded Gold Medal in Zonal Level Bodybuilding Competition held on 5 May 2013 at Patel Nager, judged by Delhi Bodybuilding Association (DBBA)[6], President Bhupender Sharma (Under + 80 Category)
- Awarded Gold Medal in YMCA[7] Mr. Y Bodybuilding Championship organized at YMCA Club on 7 September 2013, Jai Singh Road (Under + 60 Category)
- Awarded Gold Medal in Mr. Delhi Bodybuilding Championship organized by S. Fit Zone Gym, Sadar Judged by Delhi Bodybuilding Association Delhi on Sunday, 5 January 2014 (Under 75+ Category)
- Awarded Gold Medal in Delhi State Open Bench-press (Powerlifting) Competition organized by Max Gym at Adarsh Nagar, (Under 82-90 Weight Category).
- In 2015, April, awarded with the Gold medal in State (Mr. Ghaziabad 2015) organized by (Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Bodybuilding Championship) under 85+ Category.
- In 2015, October, again awarded with 2 Gold Medals in Fitness Physique and bodybuilding[8] in Delhi State Championship organized by DBBA (Delhi Bodybuilders Association) at Hudson Lane, Delhi, Category 75+
- In February 2016, awarded Gold Medal in NCR Championship under 80+ Category organized by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Bodybuilding Association[9] (U.P) with Delhi Bodybuilding Fitness Association (DBBA)
- In June 2016, awarded with Silver Medal in Mr. Mastu Classic Bodybuilding Championship 2016 held at Ghitorni, Delhi
- In October 2016, bagged Gold Medal in DBBFA[10] cup 2016, in weight category 75+, also won Overall Champion of champions Title 2016.
- On December 25, 2016, won Mr. UNA Open Championship Overall title And Mr. India Gold Medal in 75+ weight category held at Himachal Pradesh
- Bagged Gold medal and overall title Champion of Champions in Mr. Delhi Bodybuilding Championships 2017 held at Adarsh Nagar, Delhi.
Finally, he is getting an opportunity to compete in an International Championship to be held in Arizona, USA, in April 2017.
Training information
He is Certified by BIPS, Master Level 1, under the guidance of Sir Harry Sandhu, Australian Fitness Expert, and Transformer. He has trained many bodybuilders for competitions, and many of his clients are satisfied with his results. Sanjay Tanwar is his guru. He has appeared in many reality shows, such as Big Challenge India and Big Celebrity Challenge.
