HeartSpeak

HeartSpeak is a novel method[citation needed] for easing stress and is based in research from the fields of affective science, or the science of feeling, neuroscience and the science of learning and memory.[1][2][3][better source needed] It is a model emotional healing process, that integrates concepts from modern science and common sense that works.[4][5][6][7]

Purpose[edit]

HeartSpeak helps in reducing stress and other stress-related conditions such as anxiousness, depression, low self-esteem and the like. It also deals with physical symptoms such as chronic pain, skin rashes, and digestive disorders.[8][9][10][11][12][better source needed]
