Hector Ramirez is a Mexican American former mixed martial artist who has competed in the UFC, Bellator, and King of the Cage
MMA career[edit]
Ramirez made his UFC debut at UFC 65 losing by TKO against James Irvin in the second round. At UFC 72 he lost by unanimous decision against Forrest Griffin. Ramirez appeared on The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights as an assistant coach for Team Rampage.[1]
Ramirez made his Bellator debut at Bellator 85 where he lost via submission against Jason Lambert in the first round. His last MMA fight occured at Bellator 106 where he lost via TKO in the first round against Brandon Halsey.
Personal life[edit]
Hector, who is of Mexican American descent, is married and has four children.[2][3]
