Helen Ward[1][2] is a London divorce lawyer.
Ward was born Helen Gilbert in Golders Green, London. She attended King Alfred School, London and studied law at the University of Birmingham.[2]
Whilst a partner in the London firm, Manches, Ward worked for a number of high-profile clients including Ian McEwan[3] and the second Countess Spencer.[4] In 2007 the Court of Appeal upheld a then-record award of £48m in favour of her client Beverley Charman. In 2012, she moved from Manches to Stewarts Law. [5]
As the wife of Sir Alan Ward, she has the courtesy title Lady Ward.
