Hell Shaking Street Preachers
The Hell Shaking Street Preachers are a far-right[1] street protest group in Portland, Oregon. They were formally known as the "Bible Believers USA", and are closely connected to Patriot Prayer.[2][1]
Allen Wesley Pucket, the leader of the group, was filmed punching and kicking a counter-protester at a Patriot Prayer rally in Portland in 2018, and was also filmed at a pro-Trump rally in Berkeley, California with Nathan Damigo, the founder of Identity Evropa.[2][3] The Southern Poverty Law Center identifies Pucket as a white nationalist.[2] Members of the group were seen carrying banners and wearing t-shirts with homophobic slogans on them at a Patriot Prayer gathering in June 2018.[1]
In 2017, the group protested against the LGBT community, and verbally harassed immigrants outside their churches.[2] The group appears in the Southern Poverty Law Center's list of "general hate group." and indicates the group is located in Tillamook, Oregon.[4]
