Helpical is a ticketing system (Issue Tracking System - Help Desk Software) which initially released at 2015, as the first fully Iranian SaaS ticketing solution and software in Iran.

History[edit]

Helpical Ticketing System released as an advanced and exclusive ticketing software at 2015 by Parnia IT Group in Iran. This software became registered by Iran's government authorities as a fully Iranian software. Up to now (2018-06-06), this software could have 65 updates during its life period. Most of these updates were based on improvements and adding new features, and some of them were for fixing determined bugs.

Technologies[edit]

Helpical as a web application, is created by using many web technologies and programming languages:

PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Twitter Bootstrap, and MySQL Server. Also, this application needs a server equipped with Apache web server.

Having enough simplicity alongside professional features were two important aspects of production steps for Helpical Ticketing Software. Below, there are some major features of this ticketing system:
