Helprace is a SaaS help desk and customer service software used for tracking support tickets and community discussions. The software combines a ticketing system, knowledge base and a community platform. It was founded on January 21, 2011, by Gregory Koldirkaev in Kiev, Ukraine.

License

Helprace is proprietary software. It is licensed monthly or annually based on customer service representatives using the application. The first three agents are free[1].

History

Helprace was founded in 2011 by Gregory Koldirkaev after realizing that the customer service software segment lacked cohesion between the help desk and community fronts[2]. Gregory amassed 15 years of experience in SaaS databasing software design, which convinced him to develop Helprace[3]. Helprace development started in August 2013. The community and knowledge base components were launched in June 2014[4][5].

Helprace works on MySQL and uses PHP. It has been developed using open source frameworks, some of which include:

Reception

Helprace won second place at the 2014 IDCEE Startup Toaster and was given a chance to present at the 2014 BKVF event in Slovenia.[9]
