Hendua chutchuta

Hendua chutchuta is a cuisine of Western Orissa which has most of the dishes influenced by the tribal delicacies that uses mostly bamboo products like bamboo shoots juliennes known as "karadi" and sundried minced bamboo shoot is known as "Hendua" or "Hendua chutchuta".These are mostly used in ambila, saga, bhaja etc.
