Henriette Jæger (born 30 June 2003) is a Norwegian athlete who specialises in the heptathlon, the pentathlon and sprint.[1] Her personal best in the under 18 heptathlon, 6301 points, is a World youth best performance (under 18). She reached that performance on September 13, 2020 in Moss, Norway.
Jæger won silver at the 2019 EYOF championship in the heptathlon. At 17, she also holds the Norwegian junior record on the 200m with 23.53 and on the 400m with 52.52. Her older sister, Karoline Jæger, is also an active athlete who specializes in the triple jump.
