Herzog Bernhard Zoransky was a member of the Prussian nobility family Zoransky.

Life[edit]

Herzog Bernhard Zoransky was the second son of Adelbert V. Zoransky and Nadetta Starhemberg.[1] At the death of his father, he inherited the title and all associated rights and privileges, because his older brother had died some days after his birth.[2][3][4][5]

He was a talented artist; and, many books reference him as a kind man who provided medical treatment to his serfs (peasant class) which was nearly unheard of during time period. He is also noted for remaining Catholic during the Kulturkampf time period.[2][6][7][8]

Family[edit]

Marriage and children[edit]

He married Annamaria Fashingbauer[9] who is referenced as being an exceptionally beautiful woman in books (including some text books). Their oldest son was Martin V. Zoransky.[2]
