Hichem Troudi is a Tunisian digital transformation leader and consultant in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry. He is known for leading large-scale innovation and transformation programs across the Middle East’s design and construction sectors, and has held leadership roles including Regional Digital Practice Leader, Regional BIM Strategy Leader, Regional BIM Manager, and Head of BIM-Controls. He currently serves as Head of the Digital Advisory Services and Digital Transformation Leader at Dar Al Riyadh, a national AEPMSaudi leader in the AECO industry and has previously served as Digital Practice Director at KEO International Consultants, where he led both digital project delivery and digital operations and business management within the firm's Project Management, Construction Management (PMCM) International Division.

Troudi’s expertise spans Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), automation, digital innovation, project controls, engineering intelligence, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, organizational change management, supply chain digitalization, and IT systems integration in collaboration with international technology providers.

Troudi has authored and implemented processes including BIM–project controls integration, unmodeled BIM, and automated Independent Project Assessments (IPA). He is also active as a mentor and trainer in AECO digitalization, contributing to the professional development of industry talent. Troudi was born in 1983 in Tunis (Tunisia). He pursued an academic background in engineering and later specialized in the application of digital technologies to the built environment.[4]

Career

KEO International Consultants - PMCM International Division

Troudi joined KEO International Consultants, a multidisciplinary consulting firm operating in the Middle East, as Digital Practice Director for the PMCM International Division. In this role, he oversees the Digital Practice concept he introduced within the division, integrating both digital project delivery and digital operations and business management to create a unified approach to innovation and efficiency.

His work has included:

  • Developing and implementing Digital PMO frameworks to strengthen business operations, governance, and executive decision-making within the PMCM International Division.
  • Driving digital delivery through the adoption of OpenSpace reality capture and its integration with Power BI dashboards for real-time analytics and reporting.
  • Embedding digital workflows into operational functions, enabling standardized reporting, proactive risk management, and performance tracking across projects managed by the division.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with global technology providers, securing early access to APIs and beta tools to maintain a competitive edge in the region.
