Highest grade bonds

Highest grade bond are those bond which are believed to have a lower risk of default and receive higher rating by credit rating agencies namely bonds rated Baa(by Moody's) or BBB (by S&P and Fitch) or above. Investment grade bonds usually see bond yields increase as ratings decrease. U.S. Treasury bonds are the most common AAA rated bond securities
