Hila Klein (neé Hakmon Hebrew: הילה חכמון) is an American-Israeli fashion designer, podcast co-host and internet personality. Since 2013, she has been one half of H3h3Productions alongside her husband, internet personality Ethan Klein. Together the pair run the YouTube accounts, H3h3Productions, Ethan and Hila and co-host the H3 Podcast. Klein created her clothing label, Teddy Fresh in 2017[1] . The brand appears frequently in H3h3 content, and often features Ethan in promotion however, it remains separate from Ethan and H3h3Productions.
Personal Life
Hila Klein was born on 12 December 1987 in Holon, Israel. Her father is of Libyan-Jewish descent while her mother is of Turkish-Jewish descent.[2] During her residency in Israel, Klein had to serve a mandatory two year service in the military. Initially Klein was placed in an office job which she found boring and quickly grew a disliking towards so she applied to be randomly assigned a new role. She was granted the new role in Ramla, Israel meaning she would spend the weekdays away and the weekends at home. She found it more demanding but ultimately much preferred it. Klein recalls a time a group of soldiers secretly took her out on one of their nightly raids, during which a bullet struck the side of the armored vehicle they were travelling in, right by her head. She saw soldiers raid houses and place residences under arrest. She described the experience as being "surreal". [3]
In 2007, during her time stationed in Ramla, Klein decided to go on a Birthright Israel Trip, which led to her meeting her husband Ethan Klein at a holocaust museum. After she completed her service in 2009, Hila moved in with Ethan in Santa Cruz, California despite her family's objections. Shortly after moving in together the pair struggled to find work, so with the risk of Hila having to move back home, they turned to dealing marijuana until they both found jobs only a couple weeks after they started. In 2012, Hila married Ethan and gave birth to their son, Theodore Yochanan Klein on 4 June 2019.

Teddy Fresh
Teddy Fresh first went live in October 2017. She took her inspiration from the colour, fun and naivety of children's clothing. She felt this sometimes was found in adults higher-end clothing brands and she wanted to bring it to the everyday consumer.
