Hitsteps is a real time web analytics service used by web developers and marketers. Hitsteps started operation in 2013 providing web analytics, live chat, uptime monitoring and heatmap services for websites, WordPress blogs and Shopify stores in South east asia. It is downloaded by approximately 80,000 bloggers..[1]
It require website owners to put a javascript code on their website so that Hitsteps can receive basic information about visitor clicks and browser they used. The software then analyze this data and generate reports for website owners. Reports are viewable in a web based dashboard and can be exported to PDF or CSV.
