Hjalte Ross (born March 18, 1997) is a Danish songwriter.[4]
In November 2018 Ross released his debut album titled 'Embody'.[5] An album Hjalte recorded and produced with engineer John_Wood_.[6]
In November 2020 Hjalte released his second album, the critically acclaimed 'Waves of Haste' which is produced by Ross himself, but also features John Wood as engineer, and is mixed and mastered by D._James_Goodwin.[7] 'Waves of Haste' has a unique coverartwork painted by the Danish artist Kasper Eistrup, also know as the lead singer in the Danish alternative rock band Kashmir_.[8] On both Hjalte's records he works with musicians from the Danish underground alternative and jazz scene, such as multi-instrumentalist Gustaf Ljunggren, as well as the Dansih string quartet Who Killed Bambi.[9]
