Holborn Adams is a British law firm with offices in London[2] and Stratford-Upon-Avon.[3] The firm was founded by Adam Rasul in 2013.[4][5][6]

Holborn Adams represents people who are facing criminal allegations.[7]

Holborn Adams represented Dale Semper and his family when he took legal action against the police.[8][9] The case involved a £1 million civil compensation claim being initiated against the Metropolitan Police.[10] The civil claim was brought by Semper and his family as a result of events that occurred between 2017 and 2019. Semper had been pulled over in his car by police and incorrectly accused of involvement in gun crime.[11] Scotland Yard settled the claim before a trial and an apology was issued.[12]

The law firm represented Philip Middlemiss when he was placed on the Interpol Red List, making him one of the world's most wanted, but he later received confirmation from the Serious Fraud Office that he would not be prosecuted.[13]

Holborn Adams represents Andrew Tate.[14] The firm also represents his brother, Tristan Tate.[15] The law firm is involved with the Legal affairs of the Tate brothers in the UK,[16] in particular charges that relate to rape and trafficking.[17] In May 2025, it was reported the Tate brothers face 21 charges in the UK.[18] Holborn Adams confirmed that the brothers will return to the UK to face allegations.[19][20][21] Andrew Ford, of Holborn Adams, said they would return after the conclusion of separate charges in Romania.[22] The trial in the UK was originally scheduled for 2027, but has been brought forward to June 2026.[23]

The firm also represents professional boxers.[24]
