Holy Cross Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic parish located in the Dubuque County, Iowa town of Holy Cross, Iowa. The parish is part of the Archdiocese of Dubuque. The parish serves Holy Cross and the surrounding north central areas of Dubuque County.

The parish does not have a resident Pastor. Holy Cross is part of a cluster with several other nearby parishes - they share a pastor and other facilities between them. These parishes are in Balltown, Luxemburg, Rickardsville, and Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Sherrill.

A notable recent event was when the church building's roof was ripped off during a storm. Besides the damage to the roof, there was also water damage to the interior of the church. In the aftermath of the storm, repairs were made to the interior of the church, and a new roof was placed on the building.
