Honcho
Honcho is a threat you can encounter in The Archives, leading to The Mail Room boss fight
Method
Honcho will always spawn when a sector's loudspeakers start malfunctioning, since Honcho is the lead technician of the Archives. Honcho will force you into his office as he blames you for the broken speakers, Honcho will tell you that since you were the one who broke it, you had to earn the company enough money to repair it. Honcho shows you videos about jobs and then decides you are a good candidate for the new Mail Room employee, forcing you in before pulling out a gun, ready to shoot you. However, you are scared and throw something onto the emergency chute button, causing you to fall into the trash room. If you have a Starlight Bottle in your inventory, you will attempt to throw it at the button but because of how heavy it was, you drop it. Honcho throws you into the mail room. If you fall into the Trash Room, Honcho will use his gun to shoot you if you don't organize the trash.
Strategy
Most professional players will usually take their time, as one wrong move can cost the entire boss fight, most professionals under 60 HP will also purposefully get attacked by Honcho, as beating the boss fight will result in Honcho tossing you through the floor. If you are attempting Star Employee, Honcho is more merciless and will end you if you bump into a Drone, so most professional players spend more time in the mail room. Getting attacked by Honcho is recommended for Star Employee runs, as Honcho gives close to no time, deals more damage, and runs faster.
Information
Next to Honcho is a Laptop that reveals a lot of lore about Honcho. It states that Honcho is over 213 days old, he hates working and would rather sleep in, and he also misses his friend, Curious Light, who he lost during a time period where he left his office and couldn't find it again, during this time, he encountered Scribbles, who tossed papers into his eye, causing blood to squirt everywhere, he bumped into a Drone who pushed him down a flight of stairs, landing on his head and cracking his skull, he bumped into Bash, who launched him onto a wall, snapping his neck, and got shocked half to deaf by Currents. Because of these injuries, he decided the archives were too dangerous and he made a new office, never returning to his old office at Z-50. Because of the permanent injuries he sustained, his face is censored to players, since his face is too gory.
