The Hong Kong Study Circle was founded in 1951 to record and circulate information on the postage stamps and postal history of Hong Kong and the Treaty ports.
Activities[edit]
Whilst it is UK-based, it has members from around the world and it welcomes membership from around the world of collectors interested in Hong Kong and its unique postal history. It holds regular meetings in 3 locations in the UK, London,Repton and Liverpool, other meetings also held in Hong Kong and Canada.
Publications[edit]
The study circle publishes a quarterly journal ( in colour) and a newsletter in English, which is the medium for reporting, exchanging and recording information, normally submitted by members. The Bulletin has been published continuously since 1951 and is issued quarterly free to members.
The website is accessible with articles available to everyone, a new feature of access to past Journals and Newsletters via the HKSC archive is restricted to members.
