Hoof
Hoof is a four piece Groove Metal band from Melbourne, Australia
Their debut single "Be eating you" was released at the start of the year under their own independent label "Amputate the upper hand records" accompanied by a music video.
When ask about the inspiration for the songs lyrics Vocalist Craig Hubert had this to say "Be eating you is the very first song we wrote as a band. The name comes from the 2001 movie Jeepers Creepers and is written from the point of view of someone struggling with obsessive and compulsive thoughts the song was mostly inspired by the singer binge listening to a bunch of true crime podcasts while playing Call of Duty."
Their second single "Bloodlust" is looking to drop by the end of 2020, although the band has been heavily effected by restrictions around the Covid19 pandemic.
