Club
Houcine Rabii played for US Tataouine, ES Jerba, and Espérance de Zarzis. In 2015, he transferred to Espérance de Tunis.
National Team
He received his first call-up to the Tunisia team on 15 June 2015 against Morocco in a match for the African Nations Championship qualifiers. He was called up again three days later for a match against Libya.
