Houtos
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
Houtos (Οὗτος) is a character in the New Testament who, in Eastern Christian tradition, the Chief Priests sent to purchase the Potter's field (as a graveyard for strangers) with Judas' thirty pieces of silver.[1] After purchasing the field, Houtos fell headfirst there in a way that "his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out".[2] For all these reasons, the field came to be known as "Hakeldama" meaning "Field of Blood".[3][4]
