HubNut
Ian Seabrook better known as HubNut is a classic car enthusiast, YouTube videographer, editor and former motoring journalist of over a decade.[1] from Wales, United Kingdom. His YouTube channel in its current form started life as Classic Hub where his first video was about the Nissan Leaf electric vehicle; the channel came about as a result of Seabrook considering himself a fan of the 'unusual' and celebrating the 'average', but he realised that electric cars were not where he saw the channel going and thus changed the name to the more now recognisable Hub Nut. His love of the unusual can be noted in his beloved 1972 'K' plate ice blue Invacar "Twc" pronounced Tooq (TWC 725K)[2] which is essentially a former invalid carriage on three wheels with a Fiat 500 engine and is one of only fifteen saved from the scrapyard after being pulled from a boggy Sussex field. The Invacar had been banned in 2003, and Seabrook's example sat for a considerable amount of time in the wet Sussex countryside prior to this.[3]
Journalism
Seabrook began his journalism career writing for car club magazines before moving on to the popular AROnline website and classic magazine titles, before then becoming freelance.[4]

Current Notable Fleet Vehicles
- Ellie a 1985 'C plate' red and white Citroën 2CV, owned since 2000.[5]
- Betty a 2001 imported '51 plate' silver Ford Ford Fairmont from his travels in Australia / New Zealand, named after the American show Ugly Betty, so called because of its not-so-attractive looks. But he eventually came to love Betty due to its performance and handling, so much so that he eventually gave in and, in a surprise YouTube video, announced to his subscribers that Betty was "coming home" (to Wales).[6][7]
- Twc a 1972 'K plate' ice blue Invacar, an old-style three-wheeled Fiat 500-engined invalid carriage which was saved from a wet Sussex field. Twc was one of only 15 saved from the scrapyard after the vehicles had been banned in 2003.
- Myrtle a 1999 'T plate' Cobalt Blue Daewoo Matiz, a vehicle Ian had already previously owned as new, but was sold in 2001. Myrtle came back into his possession in 2018.
- Foxanne a 1983 'A plate' light blue Reliant Reliant Fox van.
- Giselle a 1985 'C plate' black Citroën GSA.
- "Bogey" a 2002 '52 plate' green Citroën Berlingo recently acquired in May 2022. Jokingly called "Bogey" by Miss HubNut due to the green interior and exterior. The vehicle’s name has not yet been finalised.[8]
