Approximately a thousand years ago the word “man” started to refer to a male. Since late 20th century the word is almost exclusively used to refer to males[2]. HU - Definition[edit]

Native Americans call the HU the life force that fills the Universe. The creator Originator of Life for [5] [6]. Celtics called HU to the spiritual world and Druids the name or sound for spirit [4]. For Druids HU or HE was the seed or essence, the form of deity that like little Gwion is transformed from least to greatest[7]. Hu (Sufism), a name for God [8].

The concept of HU relating to God or the divine is well documented across many cultures and civilizations. In Genesis 1:26 The Bible describes the creation of man (neutral gender) in God’s image and likeness. Today it can be related this God like capability as how hubeings have been able to eradicate disease, understand their genome and of other species, as well as the expansion of the understanding of universe, transforming the relationship with the physical, the metaphysical and with other species. Recently hubeings have developed artificial intelligence to support decision making and more accurate predictive ability while also expanding hubeing capacity and capability  beyond nature’s original design[9].

BEING - Definition[edit]

Being [mass noun] Existence. [in singular] The nature or essence of a person.

(1) the quality or state of having existence, something that is conceivable and hence capable of existing.

(2) Something that actually exists[10] [11] [12]

This new word was created to describe all current homo-sapiens. It seeks to move away from the words human or human-kind as in English and many other languages it excludes women, people from races other than white and from faiths different from Christianity or Judaism.

It is believed that Hu-being will one day do away with the word human and will be a gender, religious, nationality and race free term that will encompass people from all over the world as one single species.

This word is based on a philosophy that estates that all hu-beings share the same origin and fate and that people can only thrive and survive if there is cooperation, collaboration, and distribution of transformational leadership and management.
