Philosophy[edit]

This new word was created to describe all current homo-sapiens. It seeks to move away from the words human or human-kind as in English and many other languages it excludes women, people from races other than white and from faiths different from Christianity or Judaism.

It is believed that Hu-being will one day do away with the word human and will be a gender, religious, nationality and race free term that will encompass people from all over the world as one single species.

This word is based on a philosophy that estates that all hu-beings share the same origin and fate and that people can only thrive and survive if there is cooperation, collaboration, and distribution of transformational leadership and management.
